As President, Joshua is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring Peak continues to deliver top level results for our clients.

Joshua is the President and founder of Peak Projects. Joshua started his career as a professional design engineer but quickly discovered his true passion was construction. To Joshua, there is no satisfaction quite like the successful completion of a well planned and managed project. Joshua has demonstrated experience in delivering complex projects including renewable energy, transportation, industrial and municipal projects.

As VP of Construction, David is responsible for field operation and management of project teams.

David has spent his entire career in the construction industry and has been involved in all phases of construction from conceptual design to final completion. David believes the key to a successful Project is the development of a strong foundation through Project specific planning and execution with a collaborative team.

As VP of Projects, Will is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the strategic program for the project, ensuring the successful delivery of all work for our clients.

Will has spent his entire professional career managing heavy civil projects throughout Canada. He began his career working on remote projects throughout Western Canada. It was here where he found his strength at working with project teams to develop creative project planning for execution in challenging environments. The majority of his career has been focused on the development, planning and execution of energy projects throughout Canada.

Ben is a Senior Electrical Construction Manager with over 15 years of experience delivering high-voltage infrastructure and energy projects across Western Canada. A Red Seal Journeyman Electrician and FSR-A certified professional, he has worked on substations, transmission infrastructure, wind farms, solar installations, and major utility projects across Western Canada.

His experience includes site construction management, constructability reviews, contract management, quality control, and contractor coordination on complex electrical infrastructure projects.

Known for his practical, hands-on approach, Ben works closely with project teams, contractors, engineers, and clients to support safe, efficient, and successful project delivery. He serves as Peak’s electrical subject matter expert, bringing problem-solving skills and field experience to every project.

Jessica is a Senior Construction Manager with comprehensive experience delivering complex infrastructure and construction projects across Western Canada. Her background includes large-scale project delivery, construction coordination, stakeholder management, and field execution, including extensive experience supporting major projects at BC Hydro.

Jessica brings a practical, collaborative approach to construction management, combining technical expertise with strong contract administration along with communication and leadership in fast-paced environments. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to navigate complex challenges and support safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

As a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Jessica is committed to building strong client relationships and supporting successful project execution through clear communication, adaptability, and hands-on support.

Kaitlyn supports Peak Project Consultants through administrative coordination, communications, and client-facing materials. With a background in information design, communications, and corporate support within the energy industry, she brings a structured and thoughtful approach to organizing information, managing content, and supporting day-to-day operations.

At Peak, Kaitlyn assists with document support, digital communications, and maintaining consistent company materials across platforms. She is passionate about clear communication, functional design, and creating systems that help teams stay organized and connected.
